Canon Digital Camera
I recently purchased a Canon SX10 IS digital camera. Just two days after taking it out of the box, I've taken some amazing photos. I love the usability and features this camera has. If you prefer a "point and shoot" camera, this camera is perfect. It also offers manual settings, that allow any photographer, whether professional or "high end" amateur, the creativity to experiment. Get to know this camera and you'll love it too.
Highlights of the Canon SX10 IS:
- 20x Optical Zoom, Wide-Angle lens
- Digital Zoom up to 2.3
- Macro & Super Macro Settings
- 10.0 Megapixels for crisp resolution
- 2.5 inch LCD with a 270 degree turn for easy viewing
- MovieSnap mode allows still-life capture while filming
- Instant Red-Eye Correction with 3 options
- A variety of shooting modes for any photo, even snow!
- Print/Share button allows quick printing & downloading
- Really cool customization feature
- Many more features!
ZOOM! See what you normally wouldn't see!
I was able to capture a bird on top of a tree that is at least 75 feet tall in the yard two homes away from ours. I shot a bunny as it rested in the grass, surrounded by clovers.
The camera has settings that allow for a variety of special scenes; night, sunset, indoors, foliage, sports, etc. I used the foliage setting to shoot the leaves on a tree and a combined with macro, a close-up of a marigold, which explodes to life in vivid orange and yellow.
This camera is easy to use, takes excellent photos and moderately priced.
